Frontline Listeners Network: Encouraging & Listening to Each Other



Frontline Listeners' are everyday people that by the nature of their job end up listening to a lot of people process their life.


This includes, but isn't limited to, barbers, bartenders, hair stylists, diner folk, baristas, and secretaries.


Problem:

  • Frontline Listeners' are often underappreciated and unidentified for the vital listening work they do that helps our society heal.

  • While frontline listeners' aren't counselors or therapists, they do provide a lot of listening and processing space, but they may not have great listening skills or boundaries.

  • Frontline Listeners' enjoy and are exhausted by all the listening they do and they don't have a place to connect with others and process themselves.


Solution:

  • Create a regional network of front-line listeners who encourage, listen, and support each other in becoming better listeners and better at their craft.
