This is a Vulnerable and Formative Transitional Season of Life. Let's Serve Them Together.
Vision: All Christ-following Young Adults are plugged into a deeply formational community at college, through a local church , and relationally connected through other cause, work, and geographical networks.
Mission: Increase friendship and collaboration amongst ministries, individuals, and leaders who care about this population.
Goal: Increase the effectiveness to best serve and connect young adults to Christ and others based on what they most need during this vulnerable time of transition.

Strategy:
Map all young adults and those serving young adults interested in this network
Gather them Once a Year for "One Day Event"
Gather regularly to grow friendship so they can work together continuously
Increase effectiveness of discipleship, formation, and evangelism efforts
Increase quality of connections for young adults related to dating, job searching, community-building after college, housing, service, etc.
